Follow the yellow brick road in this delightful stage adaptation of L. Frank Baum's beloved tale, featuring the iconic musical score from the MGM film including: “Over the Rainbow”, “If I Only Had A Brain” and “We’re Off To See The Wizard”.

For an extra special time in the run up, why not complete our trail around Scarborough to collect all the stamps on our flyer map, bring your completed collection to the theatre on the day you watch the show and receive a special gift.

The catalogue of shows Scarborough Theatre Company has brought to the town in the last few years includes: Sunset Boulevard, White Christmas, Kinky Boots or The Addams Family. Add to this their programme to support training and new career professionals with their summer family shows (this year was Dr Dolittle) written by artistic director Alex Weatherhill and their work with The Freeman Foundation to offer paid placements within the arts and you have a potent mix of engaging entertainment and support for the arts based right here in Scarborough.
