Scarborough Spa are delighted to announce the return of “Interzone”. Featuring a host of artists including Meryl Streek, Chameleons, The Wedding Present and headlined by the legendary Peter Hook and the Light.

Opening the event is Meryl Streek, the Dublin noise-punk agitator whose blistering blend of industrial beats, searing political lyricism and ferocious live energy has marked him as one of the most urgent new voices in underground music. His set promises an explosive start to the night. 

Taking the stage next are Chameleons, masters of atmospheric post-punk and a band whose sweeping guitars, emotional intensity and cult following have made them one of the most influential acts of their era. Their immersive soundscapes set the tone for a powerful ascent through the evening. 

The Wedding Present follow as the penultimate act, bringing their unmistakable mix of jangling guitars, sharp lyricism, and tireless indie-rock spirit. With decades of acclaimed releases and a reputation for electric live shows, they deliver the perfect bridge into the night’s headline performance. 

Closing the festival are Peter Hook & The Light, led by the legendary bassist of Joy Division and New Order. Renowned for bringing the classic catalogues of both bands back to the stage with raw intensity and emotional authenticity, Hooky and his band headline with a set that celebrates some of the most influential music ever created. Expect a powerful, unforgettable finale!
