No, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once tickets are purchased, unless a performance is cancelled or rescheduled to a date you cannot attend. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you are not able to attend an event, you can give your tickets to someone else or if you booked your tickets through Ticketmaster, you may be able to ’re-sell’ your tickets legally via your Ticketmaster account. Please see www.ticketmaster.co.uk for further details. Please note if you independently sell your tickets to someone else or a secondary ticket selling agency, your tickets will become invalid and entry refused.
