Upon arrival, you will be welcomed at our VIP entrance and taken to our private lounge where we will have a complimentary drink waiting for you. The Platinum Lounge offers a private bar with comfortable seating so you can avoid queues and relax before the show.
VIP ticket upgrades can be bought either at the point of purchase (via Ticketmaster) or by ringing our Box Office on 01723 376774.
Please note - Event tickets MUST be purchased to gain entry to the Platinum Lounge. Entry to the Platinum Lounge may be refused without a valid event ticket and a valid VIP upgrade.
Queue jump and early lounge access (1 hour before doors)
