The health and wellbeing of all our customers is our absolute priority at SIV.

Following the latest government update & the move into the Stay Alert stage Scarborough Spa still remains closed to the public.

Should you have any questions about your tickets or the show you are attending here at Scarborough Spa there is further information below with more information in our FAQ’s - this page will be updated as soon as anything changes so please keep checking back.

 

Health & Wellbeing is at the very heart of our organisation and we are committed to ensuring that we reduce the risk of Coronavirus for all our customers to an absolute minimum.   

 

We will continue to monitor the on-going Coronavirus outbreak and will update our website and social media pages with all relevant information regarding re-opening.

 

If you booked tickets with Scarborough Spa and your event is cancelled:- You don't need to do anything all ticket & booking fees will be automatically refunded to the card on which you purchased your tickets with.

If you booked tickets with Scarborough Spa and your event is rescheduled:- If you still wish to attend the new date simply turn up and your tickets will be valid and you don't need to do anything.

Should you be unable to attend the rescheduled show please let us know by emailing spaboxoffice@siv.org.uk stating your booking reference number & your latest contact details so we can then start the refund process & contact you if there are any issues.

If your question is not answered in the FAQ's here or you have any other question then you can email the Scarborough Spa Box Office at spaboxoffice@siv.org.uk who will try to assist.

In line with the latest government advice and for the safety of our employees our offices and call lines are closed and we can only accept email correspondence - as such we ask that you only contact us if absolutely necessary and thank you for your patience during this very busy time - we will get back to you.

If a show is postponed, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot make the new date please contact The Spa Box Office: spaboxoffice@siv.org.uk

We encourage our customers to continue to follow the current guidelines on personal hygiene:

Wash your hands regularly with soap & water for at least 20 seconds.

Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue and follow the CATCH IT.  BIN IT.  KILL IT. guidance
